About Me
I have had Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since I was 18 (lets just say thats over 20 years ago……..) although I was only diagnosed properly a year ago!
Having gone through so many tests and diets I’ve decided to create a blog for others to see what might be involved in getting diagnosed and treated.
